Cookie Policy

About this policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Revplus Hellas S.A. ("Revplus", "we", "us" or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on www.revplus.com, and how you can control them.
We are responsible for the processing described in this policy. Our address is 5th km Rodou-Lindou Ave., 851 00, Rhodes, Greece. For questions about cookies or your personal data, contact dpo@revplus.com.
This policy covers our public informational website. Separate products, applications and websites linked from it have their own privacy and cookie information.
What cookies and similar technologies do
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. They can remember a choice or recognise a browser on a later visit. First-party cookies are set on the website's domain; third-party cookies are set on another provider's domain. Persistent cookies remain until they expire or you delete them, while session cookies normally expire when your browser session ends.
We also use browser local storage to save consent information. Unlike cookies, local storage has no automatic browser expiry. Analytics and advertising tags can use cookies, local storage and tracking requests to collect information about website visits. This policy covers these technologies as well as cookies.
Your choices and the legal basis
Our use of these technologies is subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Greek Law 3471/2006, particularly Article 4(5), which implements the relevant ePrivacy rules.
Strictly necessary consent-management storage allows us to remember and apply your choices and does not require prior consent. Optional analytics and advertising technologies require your consent. Where they process personal data, we rely on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. See the Hellenic Data Protection Authority's cookie guidance.
You can accept all optional categories, reject them or choose categories separately in the consent banner and settings. Measurement covers analytics; Marketing covers advertising tracking. Neither category is required to read the website. Continuing to browse, scrolling or closing the banner does not constitute consent.
Strictly necessary: remembering your consent
We use c15t, a consent management platform hosted on our own infrastructure, to display the consent controls, record your choices and communicate them to our tags. Using this self-hosted software does not itself send your consent records to a hosted c15t service.
Consent-management storage includes:
c15tcookie: remembers your consent preferences for up to 365 days. Related cookies, such asc15t-noticeandc15t-epoch, may be used to remember a dismissed notice or coordinate a reset of consent information. These also use a 365-day expiry when set.c15tlocal storage: keeps a local copy of consent information. The stored entry can remain until it is replaced or cleared; its presence does not extend the validity of your consent.- Temporary consent storage: the local-storage entry
c15t-v3-pending-consent-saves:v1can hold a choice while it is being saved to our consent service. Successfully saved entries are removed, and queued entries older than seven days are no longer used. Local storage may also hold ac15t-cookie-missmarker if a consent cookie could not be written.
These technologies serve consent management, not analytics or advertising. We remember a refusal as well as an acceptance. Deleting this storage may cause the banner to appear again.
Consent records and their associated audit logs on our server are retained for 24 months after the recorded choice expires, to demonstrate and manage compliance with our consent obligations. This is separate from the lifetime of the cookies in your browser.
Measurement: Google Analytics
With your consent to Measurement, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand how visitors use the website and improve its content. It helps us measure visits, pages viewed, navigation and interactions, and the sources from which visitors arrive.
Information processed can include browser identifiers, pages and interactions, referring websites, device and browser details, and approximate location.
Google documents these standard first-party cookies:
_ga: distinguishes browsers, with a default expiry of two years._ga_*: maintains session state for a Google Analytics property, with a default expiry of two years. The suffix identifies the Analytics configuration.
These are Google's documented defaults, not fixed lifetimes for every browser or configuration. Expiry can be configured, refreshed on subsequent visits or shortened by browser restrictions. See Google's Analytics cookie documentation.
Marketing: Google Ads
With your consent to Marketing, we use Google Ads tracking to measure whether our advertisements lead to visits and actions on the website, and to assess campaign effectiveness.
This can involve advertising click identifiers, browser identifiers, pages visited, actions taken and device or browser information. Google may associate this information with an earlier advertisement interaction.
Google's _gcl_* cookies, such as _gcl_aw and _gcl_au, support
advertising measurement and have a documented default lifetime of 90 days.
The cookies used depend on the tag configuration and how you reach the website;
not every cookie is set on every visit. A Google Conversion Linker, where used,
may also store advertising click information in local storage under
_gcl_ls, which has no automatic browser expiry.
See Google's cookie information and Conversion Linker documentation.
Marketing: Meta (Facebook) Pixel
With your consent to Marketing, we use the Meta Pixel to measure whether our Facebook and Instagram advertisements lead to visits and actions on the website, and to improve our campaigns. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the relevant provider is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited.
The pixel sends Meta information about visits and interactions, which can include pages viewed, referring URLs, advertising click and browser identifiers, IP addresses, and device or browser details. Meta may match this information with a Facebook or Instagram account and use it for advertising measurement and personalisation, subject to your consent and Meta account settings.
Where we jointly determine the collection and transmission of event data with Meta, we act as joint controllers with Meta Platforms Ireland Limited under Meta's Controller Addendum. Meta's subsequent processing is described in its Privacy Policy.
The pixel may use these first-party cookies:
_fbp: identifies a browser to support advertising measurement and matching, with a default expiry of 90 days._fbc: stores a Meta advertising click identifier when available, for example after following a Facebook advertisement, with a default expiry of 90 days.
These expiry periods can be refreshed when the cookies are updated, and browser restrictions may shorten them. Meta may also read or set cookies on its own domains, depending on your account, consent and browser settings. See Meta's Cookie Policy and Meta's Privacy Policy for details of its processing and your controls.
Marketing: LinkedIn Insight Tag
With your consent to Marketing, we use the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure visits and actions resulting from our LinkedIn advertisements and improve our campaigns. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the relevant provider is LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company.
The tag can collect the page URL, referrer, IP address, device and browser details, timestamps and interactions such as button clicks. LinkedIn may match visits with LinkedIn member accounts to attribute activity to advertisements and provide campaign reports. LinkedIn processes this information as an independent controller under its Independent Controller Addendum.
Cookies associated with LinkedIn tracking may include:
li_fat_id: a first-party identifier used for advertising attribution, with a published lifetime of 30 days.li_sugr: helps LinkedIn match a visitor's identity, 90 days.UserMatchHistory: synchronises LinkedIn advertising identifiers, 30 days.AnalyticsSyncHistory: records when analytics-cookie synchronisation occurred, 30 days.bcookie: identifies a browser for diagnostics and abuse prevention, one year.lidc: supports data-centre selection, 24 hours.li_gc: stores a guest's cookie preferences on LinkedIn, six months.
Except for first-party identifiers such as li_fat_id, these cookies are set on
LinkedIn domains. These are LinkedIn's published lifetimes; expiry can be
refreshed, and the cookies present depend on the integration, your LinkedIn
status and browser restrictions. All use of this optional integration on our
website depends on your Marketing consent, including its supporting cookies. See
LinkedIn's cookie table,
Cookie Policy and
Privacy Policy.
Google Tag Manager
We load Google Tag Manager to manage the delivery of tags and communicate consent choices. The tag manager loads before a consent choice is made. Optional analytics and advertising tags, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag, are enabled only after you give consent to the relevant category.
Delivering the tag manager involves technical network requests and the processing of request data. Google describes this processing in its Tag Manager data privacy information.
Providers and international transfers
When you enable optional tracking, the relevant providers receive information through their tags. The Google entities involved may include Google Ireland Limited, Google LLC and other Google group companies, depending on the service and processing concerned. Google may process data on our behalf or for its own purposes under its terms. Meta and LinkedIn receive information as described in their respective sections above, and processing may also involve their US entities, Meta Platforms, Inc. and LinkedIn Corporation.
Processing may take place outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Such transfers are subject to applicable GDPR transfer requirements, including an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Further information is available in Google's information about partner websites and data-transfer information, Meta's Privacy Policy and LinkedIn's data-transfer information.
Cookie expiry and retention of information already collected are different. Deleting or expiring a cookie does not automatically erase records held by us or a provider. Provider privacy information explains its retention practices; you can contact us about retention and your rights in relation to our processing.
Changing or withdrawing consent
Select Cookie settings in the website footer at any time to review your choices, switch off an optional category or reject all optional categories. Withdrawing consent stops future use of the relevant optional tracking on this website. It does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Your choice applies to the browser and device where you make it. You may need to make it again on another device, in another browser or after clearing browser data.
You can also use your browser settings to inspect, block or delete cookies and local storage. Withdrawing consent does not necessarily remove every previously stored cookie, especially cookies belonging to other domains. Browser controls can remove those cookies. Blocking consent-management storage may prevent us from remembering your choices.
Your data protection rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you can request access to, correction or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing or data portability, and object where the right to object applies. You can withdraw consent at any time as explained above.
Contact dpo@revplus.com to exercise your rights or ask about this policy. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority.
Updates to this policy
We will update this policy when our use of cookies or similar technologies changes. The date above identifies the latest revision. Where a change requires new consent, we will request it before activating the affected optional tracking.
